Fantastic Stay with Amazing Location!

I enjoyed four nights in a quiet area with easy access to local restaurants and the night market. The room was clean and comfortable. Pro tip, bring a flashlight for those nighttime air conditioning adjustments. a great value for a family getaway!

The family room was impressively spacious, ideal for our group, with comfortable beds and a well-separated bathroom area. Located just a short walk from the night market and beach, we enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere despite being close to the action. Cleanliness was a strong point, and the neighboring restaurants offered a delightful variety of local dishes, including fresh vegetables. a few amenities could use improvement, such as more shaded areas by the pool and clearer signage for directions to nearby attractions.

I had an enjoyable 12-night stay with clean facilities and a fantastic pool area that was perfect for family fun. the room furniture could use an update to match the lovely atmosphere. I'd definitely consider staying here again!

The kids absolutely loved the pool with the waterslide. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore local eateries and even head out for a quick golf session at the nearby driving range, which was a hit for our teenage sons.

For dads, it would be great to have more water provided in the rooms.

The Baan Manthana featured an exceptionally well-located setting, only a couple of minutes' walk to many restaurants and the popular night markets. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring nothing was too much trouble, and the room was serviced daily with extra towels for the pool. Despite its busy surroundings, the hotel was tucked away in a quiet alley, providing a peaceful atmosphere at night.

The bathtub shower setup may not be ideal for older guests.

The location is a gem, tucked away in a quiet cul de sac yet a mere 10-minute stroll to the beach and various restaurants. The Family Suite offered ample space, though it felt like it could use a little more character, however, it was comfortable enough for the stay.

The Family Suite needs some serious upgrades. the air conditioning struggled to cool effectively in the hotter second room, which had a lot of windows. the bathroom situation is a bit cramped, catering to two bedrooms but only one shower, which becomes cumbersome for a larger family. Limited drinking water was provided, with just a few small bottles for three people. I expected at least a little more consideration for hydration. Bring your own tea and snacks if you don’t want to feel like you're in a bare-bones setup.
